Sales terms:

Customers are obligated to comply with the following transaction terms while accepting product orders and deliveries. Before placing an order on Huibai Reagent Mall or accepting delivery from Huibai Yi, please carefully read the following terms:

The price of the ordered goods shall be based on the online price of Huibai Reagent Mall when you place the order.

2. Please fill in your real name, delivery address, and contact information clearly and accurately. Huibaiyi will not be held responsible for any delay or inability to deliver orders due to the following circumstances:

A) The customer provides incorrect information and an incomplete address;

B) The cost and related consequences of duplicate delivery caused by no one signing for the goods upon delivery;

C) Force majeure, such as natural disasters, traffic restrictions, sudden wars, etc.

3. Inspection of goods

At the time of delivery, the customer should conduct an on-site inventory of the entire outer packaging (i.e. large packaging) of the product to ensure that it is intact and secure. When customers receive products and discover missing, damaged, contaminated, irregular, or other situations that do not comply with laws and regulations, they should report them to Huibaiyi on site. Otherwise, it will be deemed that the customer acknowledges that the overall full box packaging (i.e. large item packaging) of the products provided by Huibaiyi is qualified. Huibaiyi does not accept requests made by customers only after receiving the goods.

B) Within three days after receiving the goods, the customer shall inspect the inner packaging for any missing, damaged, contaminated, or irregular items. If such situations exist, the customer shall immediately notify Huibaiyi. Failure to do so within the specified time will be deemed as qualified product inner packaging. Huibaiyi will handle it according to the situation.

4. Security: Whether you order goods by phone or online, we will ensure the security of transaction information

Privacy Rights: Huibaiyi respects your privacy rights and under no circumstances will we sell or disclose your personal and order information to any third party (except for access by national judicial authorities). All customer information we obtain from the website or phone is only used to process your related orders.

6. Disclaimer: If the Huibai Reagent Sales System crashes or cannot be used normally due to force majeure or other reasons beyond the control of Huibai Yi, resulting in the inability to complete online transactions or the loss of relevant information, records, etc., Huibai Yi will assist in handling the aftermath as reasonably as possible and strive to protect customers from economic losses.

7. Dispute Resolution: If any dispute arises between the client and Huibaiyi, it can be resolved in accordance with the agreement and relevant laws recognized by both parties at that time.
